What kind of case of I485 is yours? I'm on the EB-2 NIW and got the "case is ready to schedule interview" since July 18 at the Santa Ana office. You two got the notification for interview fast... I'm wondering what's taking mine this long then.

When is your PD? Mine was a pretty straight forward case - we've been dating for 4 years, living together for 2 and got married 1 year ago... Adjusted from a J1 Visa.
I believe the process time for family based applications is shorter than for employment based but I could be wrong.
