No update on RFIE

HI!
I was requested evidence about the affidavit of support.
My husband sent it right away. According to USPS it was delivered on 08/30, however I have never received an update saying they got it.
I called the uSCIS and the lady said nothing shows there (I think she only checked my status). The letter said I should send my response to the RFIE within 87 days. it's been almost that. Should I resend it before the deadline? My PD is 07/23. My last update on I-485 is that they sent me a fee refund. Before that it was that my fingerprint review was complited (08/31). I am so lost and hopeless...

My RFE EXPERIENCE

11/14/2018 rfe received
11/15/2018 response to uscis's request for evidence was received. Our Texas center office will begin working on your case again.
It was a birth certificate ! I was scared because I didn't have the original at the time i was born but i have a substitute that I applied in 2014 ! Translated and certified by rev.com and notified .

Hope that means that it is accepted ! Now i am gonna wait for the decision !
