I am new here, so here is my story:
My wife (US-Citizen) and I (German) met almost 3 Years ago. After my last visit in 12/09/18 she asked me if we not should get married and if I would like to stay in the US.
I said yes and we got married on 11/09/2018.
As I will stay here, I/we filled the forms I-130, I-!31(A), I-485 and I-765 out, That actually went very well but now it gets really difficult as I read so many different or not really applicable (USCIS) answers which documents really need to be attached to which form.
My wife wants to hire a lawyer, who takes 3000 dollar. I am not agree as the forms are filled in and I am very sure they are correct too. I maybe agree with let a lawyer take a look over it but that's it.
Is there a Thread or does somebody now what docs needs to be attached for those forms?
