    Two 140 petition- which to use for i 485

    Filled NIW on November 2017. Pending approval. Employer filled for PERM. If I want to apply for i485 now which application should I use? Found a link and it is talking about 2 caveats. Does anyone have any suggestions? or just explain these 2 caveats?

    Any help is highly appreciated.
