    Hi ,
Sorry to hear. I am also an April filer who just yesterday got a NOA for my EAD in mail and still waiting on EAD.
I submitted a secondary SR for my EAD and also called USCIS numerous times and spoke with officers . In all honesty , I have no idea if secondary SR helped or that 1 time , about 2 weeks ago, I spoke with the sweetest immi officer ever who told me he is going to send a note to officer handling my case.
This process takes a lot of patience and at the same time persistence.

Your signature doesn?t show if you submitted a secondary SR So if you haven’t please call USCIS and tell them that you haven?t heard anything back from your first SR a and they themselves will submit a secondary SR. In addition, ask to be transferred to an officer! If one is not available, one will call you back. The 30-45 minutes wait time or I even heard a 130 minutes wait time, is not true... the actual wait time is a lot less.

To attempt to give you some peace , here I have attached few chats from people in our situation. We?re in this together and please join our thread.

    All the best !

We have the same PD. This process takes a lot of patience, believe me. I would do another service request and also reach out to your congressman or senator. After I contacted my congressman, my case started moving again after 5 months of no updates. Today I received an update stating that my EAD is being produced. Good luck!

Hey there! My situation is even more confusing lol My PD is April 27 and I put already 2 inquiries(one by myself online and one through their customer service). I did infopass and I contacted congressman. The congressman got the reply stating that my EAD process is within normal processing time, because timeframe clock starts over after RFE. The funny part here is that all people I talk to on the phone and the officer in our office told that rfe actually does not start over the clock and my PD is still April. So, I don't know what is going on and what else I can do>.<

Have you ever got an update on your second inquiry? I mean, did it show that they assigned the officer? And one more question did you ask to talk to the level 2 officer? I heard that it might help as well.

I would then move on to your US senator(s) and Ombudsman. Start with the Senators and ask them to please help you expedite. If you have a job offer or a depleting bank account, then you may expedite. You can call to expedite first, too. And ask to expedite both the I-765 & I-131.You only have to provide evidence for 1 of them. Then, ask for your Senator's help. You can get all of this done today.

            Hi UScitizenFilingforspouse,

thank you for your advice, it can be helpful to many. I had several issues with my EAD, because of my attorney who improperly filed it and did not carefully taken care of an initial rejection of my I-765.I am a c9 AOS, and I would like to expedite I-765 . You suggest to call USCIS first, to do it. What exactly do you need to tell them? Will a job offer in hand and a depleted personal bank account be enough to obtain the expedite?

            Thank you for supporting!

Do you have a job offer? If yes, call them up and say you want to expedite your I765 with the reason being "financial loss to person or company". After that about 2-3 working days, you will receive an email asking about evidence and give you a fax number.
