Has anyone here gotten their case rejected and how to fix it?

My case was rejected because USCIS claims it didn't receive the payment for I-485.
They returned my package with all forms. except I-130. Also a $30 fee penalty for each form (I-485, 131 and 765).
the rejection notice says that I must start NEW application with new payment along with supporting documents. Did anyone receive something similar?
I don't know if that means I should throw all this paper in the trash and send everything new, or could I use some of them like medical exam, supporting documents, etc?

Have you tried calling USCIS? I would try that. Otherwise, I would follow the instructions on the letter that you received. It sounds like it's telling you to submit a NEW form. Then, submit a NEW form!

Yes, I did call them. The officer I talked to was not sure if I had to send everything new. He said he thinks that I don't even need to file form I-130 because it wasn't returned.
My major problem is with the form I-693 because it takes a long time to get ready. The one I have is over 60 days. The dodctor said he would only do it again if the letter of rejection says that's something wrong with it. i am not sure if he knows about the new law.
