Affidavit for Birth certificate
Hi All, The birth certificate of my son lists my wife's name with middle name. We made the certificate in Maharashtra where Husband's name is added as middle name by default. The passport of my wife does not have middle name. In this case do i need any affidavit or this should be acceptable considering there is no other change in my wife's first/surname? This is required for 485 interview scheduled in December. Thanks
