01/26/2018 -I-130 been approved
03/26/2018 - I-485 denied (missing one disposition letter from 1987!!! due to federal court unable find record, such a pitty violation)
04/07/2018- Disposition letter submitted to the supervisor USCIS at Federal Plaza (Reopen that pitty case and get disposition letter from judge)
04/13/2018 - Case reopen and USCIS reconsidering an earlier decision
08/02/2018 - No respond on inquiry (I went to the representative office for help)
After several times requests been made finally got respond from USCIS today
11/29/2018 - Thank you for your follow-up inquiry regarding this constituent?s immigration matter. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your constituent?s case is still under active examination as our records indicate an issue has been revealed that impacts his eligibility for the requested immigration benefit. As such, further inquiry is needed. The inquiry may include an additional interview and/or contact with another agency for updates or more comprehensive information. Upon gathering and assessing all available information, USCIS will adjudicate the application as quickly as possible. We apologize for the delay in handling your case and for any inconvenience caused.
Does anyone know was does it exactly mean and what is processing time for this examination??? And what is another agency they may contact? Please advise.
