  • Qestions About Interview Documents

    Hi guys,

I am currently applying for AOS, I am still waiting for EAD card, but I would like to prepare ahead of time for interview. I have read alot of threads and feel like most of the people have a lot of documents which I dont have any besides pictures and joint account, so I don't know what I should bring or do for evidence. I am married to a USC and I am out of status, now applying for AOS.

    1. I moved into my husband's house couple months before getting married, we do not need to pay rent and his father (our sponsor for our application due to my husband has low income) is paying the mortgage.
    2. I pay my own phone bill because they have different carrier.
    3. I don't drive because I am waiting for EAD to come, so I can apply for a driver license
    4. My husband and I both don't need to pay for any utilities bills because his dad or his dad's company are handling it.
    5. We have been dating for 7 years, we have a lot of pictures
    6. We have a joint checking account.

    What else can I prepare?
