Husband is USC and we filed I-130 in July (PD is july 9, 2018) then we waited until November ( it?s just too darn expensive!)to file the rest of our application for AOS ( 485 and 765). Got my receipt for the 485 few weeks ago but to my surprise the PD is NOT November! It?s the same as the PD for the I-130, which is July. Anybody else experience this? I also just received my ASC appointment for biometrics.

Side note: they rejected my i-765 and wrote to me that i used the wrong form. Here?s the kicker, I called the number they provided to request forms to be mailed to me and THEY MAILED ME THE FORMS! so now, My EAD application restarted to zero.

Nothing yet for the re-filed EAD but I have my biometrics this coming Monday, 12/10. They received my EAD application just this past Monday so hopefully in 10 days I get a receipt with the case number.
