I also had a pending asylum case,however they decided they not gonna wait for me to receive my green card
They can't wait too long because I'm over 21 and my priority date is march 2016
I have to wait up to 5 years to receive that green card. The court gave en an hearing appointment next month. And husband is a American he is so mad about the decision, he said he wants to apply for me.
Please i just got in this country i really don't know nothing i need some clues about my situation
