Adjustment of status interviw

Good morning. I just received my adjustment of status interview date. They have a very long list of things to bring. One of the items is medical form I-693. I brought this sealed envelop at the Visa interview. Do I need to go to a doctor and get a new one?
Also what other things should I bring or be aware. I'm so nervous.

You can just google "I-485 Interview Notice", go to Images, and you will find a billion examples of interview letters. They all look the same. What you need to bring is also listed on the I-130 instructions on page 7/12.

Your inteview invitation may state to bring medical report but if you already submited it i dont think you need to do that again. ready the notice carefully if it said if you have not submited it already you should bring it also the only thing you really need to bring is identifications and the original documents and other evidence if you have it. note that they might request specific documents so please read carefully and dont forget anything just bring all that you have.
