  • Adjustment of Status Denied

Hello everyone i hope you are having a good day or night happy holidays !

Me( US CITIZEN) and my wife got married on January of 2017 we applied for adjustment of status and advance parole on February 2017 , everything was going fine , we received advance parolee. until the final step of the interview.
Based on USCIS we failed to show up at the interview which was scheduled on January of 2018. during this time the online USCIS server was down, we never received a notice , we called them thru the phone they said everything was going fine after that we made an appointment for infopass because we felt that something was not right. on june 2018 when went there they told us that the case was about to be denied. we filed the form told them we never received a notice. they told us we will try to reschedule and will let us know. so we waited a couple months and went back for another info pass on November 11 which they handed us our paper of denial the case was denied on may of 2018 they didn't hand me the denial when i was in june for info pass.
Im about to reapply everything from beginning.
    please some advice if possible
    Thank You.

You need to reach out to your US Senator(s), and Ombudsman. USCIS did not give you due process. This is USCIS error and they have to fix it. Find your US senator(s) here https://www.senate.gov/senators/contact

    Find the Ombudsman here https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance

And have the Office of the Inspector general investigate, if this is misconduct, neglect OR a system glitch, they will get to the root cause and fix it, so that it does not happen to others.

Once you get all these folks involved, you will witness USCIS acting by the book. Just watch.
