    Hello folks

    Is there anyone experienced this pls ? should we notice uscis right away or wait until the interview is scheduled then notice them to change from a field office to the consulate ? your advice is appreciated. Thanks

    As far as I know, if you ever leave the country without the AP your process is considered abandoned and you have to file all over again.
    As for the other questions, I don't know what you meant.

    12/22- New I-485, 765 and 131 sent
    12/27- Documents delivered at 10 am (UPS)
    01/14- Credit Card was charged
    01/14- text messages for I-485 and I-131
    01/22- Received form I-765 back. Got rejected due to incorrect fee??
    01/23-Submitted I-765 again.
    01/31- Early Biometrics appointment
    02/01- Fingerprint Review was completed
    07/30- case is ready to be scheduled for ...
    08/31-EAD in hands
    10/22- Interview (approved)

      If the petition is approved, you have to file I-824 to move it from USCIS to NVC. That takes a long time so start ASAP. If the petition is still pending, you may be able to contact USCIS to update where they send it after approval.

        If you travel before receiving the AP, your I-485 will be abandoned. Since the EAD and AP are based on the I-485, they won’t be approved. You’ll forfeit the $1225 for the adjustment.

        The I-130 can be moved to a consulate, but don’t expect that to be a quick process. You’ll have to move your I-130 to consular processing, wait for that to be approved, then start a new green card application under consular processing (not I-485, that can only be done from within the US).

        Interview date: 11/13/18 ~ New Card Being Produced (Day 390)

          Everything Miiki said .... Also , in any emergency, this person can expedite combo card , right? (I think so)
