    TIMELINE so far
11/28/18 Submitted concurrent filing via USPS next day service to Chicago Lockbox (Connecticut filer). No lawyer.
11/29/18 Package delivered and signed for by R Mercado
11/30/18 Emails from my bank; USCIS tried to charge credit card (declined), therefore package rejected. We had received a new credit card; which
unfortunately we forgot to activate, (our error).
12/07/18 Received package from USCIS with rejection notices and green paper. Will resend package tomorrow with new Forms G-1450 placing green paper at
the top, I also included a brief cover letter.
NOTE: My original submission was completely rearranged. I did a quick double check to ensure that all the forms where included and signed, pictures and the
important supporting documents such as I-94, passport pages birth certificates, divorce papers etc. Seemed all was well so I didn't sweat
about anything I didn't immediately see. Also I left the package as USCIS had it.
Worthy of note is that all forms and supporting documents had computer numbers at the bottom so I believed it was important to resend as is.

I also went online and using receipt numbers I actually checked my status which showed that my package was rejected and they instructed me to
get in touch with them if I did not receive the package by 01/02/19. All the best and I'll continue to read and update my situation. Forum is very useful.
    Marriage based GC. CT filer.
Initial package rejected. CC wasn’t activated.
    12/08/18 Resent package.
    12/10/18 Received by USCIS
    12/12/18 PD
    12/17/18 CC charged
    12/17/18 Received text no email.
    12/24/18 Paper receipt in mail.
    12/27/18 Case updated.
12/31/18 Bio appt received for 1/10/19
01/10/19 Bio completed in less than 10 minutes.

    Good luck all!!!

Update of my case Connecticut filer

I finally received my entire concurrent package from USCIS on Dec 7, 2018 after being rejected (see earlier post, cc was not activated). I resent the entire package Dec 8 (a Saturday) via USPS and it was marked delivered Monday Dec 10, 2018 at 6am (I was surprised by the early delivery since the post office delivery date was by Tuesday Dec 11 by 8pm).
Anyways, I didn't hear anything until Monday Dec 17, 2018, my cc company notified me of the charge at 6am and at midnight the same day I received 3 text from USCIS about the receipt of my application.
My receipt numbers were different from those I received with the rejected application. They have also mailed the paper receipts. Not sure of my PD since the I-765 and I-130 had receipt dates of Dec 12 but the I-485 fingerprint fee was received Dec 17 so maybe my PD is Dec 12.
My application is being processed obviously at the National Benefits Center location based on my receipt number and my receipt also said so.
Also, they said if I do not receive my receipt notice by Jan 11, 2019 I should contact them at: www.uscis.gov/contactcenter and if I move at: www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give new mailing address.
Hope this post helps. I will continue to update, good luck all and happy holidays.
