  • How to Send message to USCIS that Visa is available?

    Hi ,

We had interview on Oct-2018 for EB1 India. At the the time of interview , we were told that Visa was not available and we have to wait until it becomes available. As of Dec-2018, the visa number is available for our PD. However , we are still waiting for our application to be approved. How do we send message to USCIS that Visa number is now available and the application can be approved?

The regular case inquiry system does not allow us to raise a request as our I-485 is still under normal processing time (Application received date : Feb-02-2018) .

    Please help.

    Thanks.

I would reach out to your US Senator and take it from there.

    All the best,

You are welcome. Make sure that you mention that you are adjusting from EB-1; even mention the nature of your work. If there is a NIW or whatever pedigree you may have, mention it. It does not hurt.

You may find your Senator(s) here. https://www.senate.gov/senators/contact

We did apply request thru our congressman and USCIS replied to the congressman than case is requested to review . We should expect an update in 45 days . It's been 30 days so far but no update. What else we can do?
