Hello guys , I put a call thought to expedite my EAD but the option giving to me on phone where nothing related to job offer and which is the major reason I want to expedite my EAD case , can I still expedite it regardless of the option they gave me and when they request for an evidence ,would I just send in my job offer letter ? Please help me with some advise or tips to go about the properly. Thanks

You would be expediting based on "severe financial loss to company or individual" criteria, which I think is the very last option. The major reason is that if you cannot work, you are under severe financial stress. It is great if you can provide a job offer letter (actually, you probably should), plus any other expenses that you are incurring (rent, car payments, etc.) that show you are under severe financial stress- bank statements would also be helpful.

I expedited back in September 2018, and I sent them a job offer letter, a letter from the company's VP saying why they really need me to start ASAP, a copy of my Ph.D. degree showing that I have graduated in August 2018, thus losing my only income as a graduate research assistant, and a cover letter explaining in detail my situation and why I need to start working ASAP.

After about 2 weeks, we called our local congressman's office and asked their help in the expedite process, which proved very helpful as I received my EAD in 1 week after we made that call.

You just have to be creative in the type of evidence you send, and in how you explain your situation.

    Good luck!

After I received a response from Uscis to fax proof, I sent them a copy of my job offer letter,A cover letter explaining my situation to them, my depleted bank statements and a receipt my parents back home used in sending me money.
I contacted my senator the same day and faxed the documents i sent to Uscis to them, two days later both i-765 and i-131 was approved, within four days,I got my approval letters,my combo card and Ssn.
My job offer letter was not even related to my educational qualification and the job was in another state.
Just make sure you explain briefly to them in your cover letter along with the proof.
