AOS time going really fast in Chicago office
Type: A-2, spouse is US citizen / Processing in Chicago IL
Dec 10th: Forms submitted I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131
Dec 14th: Notice of Action.
Jan 7th: Biometrics Done
Feb 21st: Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
My question is that the I765 and I-130 are stuck in the same notice of action status, would they get approved once the I-485 schedule is approved (hopefully). The quickness of the processing time is not normal and I think I could get the LPR card before I can even get my EAD. Any feedback on this kind of situations?
