I haven’t received mine yet but my online status had an update 12/27/18 however it didn’t indicate what was updated or why.

It appears that you are correct, I’m still checking my phone/email constantly for the text/email response. But I’m just going to stay patient as I know this will be one of the longest but most rewarding journeys! Good luck to us both!

It seems we have similar time line.

AOS with concurrent filing I485, I130, I131 and I765 for spouse of USC. Same sex couple.

12/21/2018 package mailed Fedex from GA
12/22/2018 received confirmation from Fedex that package was delivered

My cashier's checks have not been cashed yet 12/28/18.

Update

I actually started in November but my error caused me to end up as December filer....lol...application rejected and refiled.
12/7 Received rejected application
12/8 Resent application via USPS
12/10 Package received by PO and marked delivered at 6am
12/17 CC charged based on notification from my bank (5:55am)
12/17 Text notifications at midnight no email to date
Will keep in touch.

O-2 Visa Personnel - Labor Consultation

Hello All,

Our artist staff includes:
BodyGuard
Social Media Videographer/Photographer
Tour Accountant
Logistics coordinator
Personal Driver for Artist
personal driver for Band Members

I have contacted serveral Union Labor Organizations and they do not accept these positions.

I looked on artists from abroad and they do state, "The consultation requirement is waived for purely administrative management positions, such as executive directors, and business administrators, financial officers, business representatives and others with no direct input into the creative aspects of the production. To support a waiver request on grounds of lack of an appropriate labor organization, explain there is no relevent labor organization.”

So my other question would be what information should i include in the waiver request, do i send it with the visa or before and should i do this for all of the above positions mentioned or just the ones that they stated?

Our company is based in the US and i have processed several Non-immigration visa but never with those positions.

Please help!

Written Status is the same but last date updated was changed to Dec 27 since that date. I found that strange since it didn’t indicate what about the I-485 was updated although I suspected it might be the fingerprint notice. The date of the notice is
Dec 21. It advises me to take the notice and photo ID. I will also take my marriage certificate since my passport is not in my married name. Sure you’ll get yours soon.
