I received one of the usual general updates from USCIS Sunday at 8:40am. By text and email. Still reviewing your case and there?s no updates at this time....blah blah blah.....

Wow, your timeline was a bit quicker than mine. I was approved almost a year later. But so glad I got approved.

Did your parents not have to go to an interview?

On 2-21-19 I received my approval notification and your card is being produced on the USCIS case status. Then on 2-22-19, I received the approval notification again. Does anyone know why I received the same notification on separate days?

Does anyone know how long it should take to receive the letter and card in the mail?

Yes, its says it the interview was scheduled 2/21. I think thats the day they sent the schedule through mail.

Hello everyone! I'm so glad I found this forum, reading through everyone's experiences has been really helpful, so I thought I'd post our timeline so far as well.

Husband from UK, married 09/29, adjusting from ESTA - in California
12/20/2018: Applications mailed/filed by lawyer (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)
12/24/2018: Applications received
12/31/2018: Receipts and text messages received for all forms
01/04/2019: Biometrics Notice
01/14/2019: Courtesy letter for I-693
01/22/2019: Biometrics completed
02/21/2019: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview!

No updates for EAD so far, but it's going a lot faster than we thought it would.

Filing from Michigan. Adjusting from F1 visa
December 29 : Case was received & fees were charged
January 14 : RFE was sent and received
January 16 : Finger print was completed
January 22: Finger print status was updated online
February 3: Submitted response to RFE
February 5: Confirmed receipt of RFE
February 8: Received courtesy letter
February 12: Case is ready to be scheduled for interview
March 4: interview was scheduled

I filed concurrent application on 12/14/18. Bio done mid Jan and case transferred to NBC 2/7/19. No further updates. Frustrating. Anyone else waiting?

My last update was over a month ago. ?Fingerprint review was completed?. That?s it for now.
Trying to be patient even though it?s so frustrating...

It?s definitely a good idea. I?m just at 75days so I?ll do the same in a month or so
