  • Yeah I know that. But after 6 months of wait I?ll definitely contact someone to see if everything is fine because some people from my state get their interview in 4-5 months and I don?t wanna wait until I have to apply for a case require(after 14 months). But right now there?s definitely to need to start freakin out.

                    • Hello Everyone,
                      I applied I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131 (New-Jersey)

                      I have few questions

                      Question - 1
How do I know "Field Office or Service Center" for form (I-130, I-765, I-131.) ?
For I-485 I mentioned Newark NJ in form but that is not present for above 3 forms on page https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times

                      Question - 2
I did not send I-693 in package.
I received yellow courtesy letter stating "I-693 is missing and adjudication can not be completed please bring it at the time of interview, with the explanation as Why it was not submitted."
What should I do now ?

                      Question - 3
Online status of any of my other form is not changed,
Only I-485 is changed as "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview".
All other forms still have status as "Case received at Dec 31". Even when I did an online address change.
                      Is this normal ?

                      Question - 4
I'm in US on H1B, and my VISA will be maxed out in Jun-2019 with all possible extensions already done.

My company already has started my repatriation process for month of June.
If I wont receive an EAD by June this year, I have to either quit the job and no salary or Go back from USA and Keep the same job with decent salary,

                      My question is,
Is it legal to stay in USA based upon my concurrent application, even after my H1B VISA will be expired in June ? I've to quit the job in that case of course.
If I have to go back, then what will happen to my current application ?

                      Here are my timelines

                        • Hi everyone,

I submitted my I-485, I-765, I-131 and I-140 concurrently on October 6, 2018. My center is NBC (National Benefits Center). Here is my timeline so far:

                          Receipt Date for I-485, I-765, I-131: Oct 9, 2018
                          I-140 Approval Date: Oct 15, 2018
                          Biometrics Appointment: Nov 7, 2018

Case status still shows: "We accepted your fingerprint fee..."

I have two questions regarding my case:

                          (1) I have not received my EAD/AP combo card. Should I contact USCIS about this, and if so, how? My case is currently within the normal processing time, as NBC is processing cases up to September 16, 2018 filers as of today, which means I cannot raise SR or raise an inquiry yet. Please advise based on your experience.

                          (2) Since I have filed my I-485 or Adjustment of Status (AOS) in October 2018, I am expecting to wait about 12-18 months of processing time to get my Green Card. It appears that the closest local offices near me would be Los Angeles or Los Angeles County, and both offices are taking around 10 months to 24 months to process employment-based green cards. I was wondering if I should maintain a valid status while having my I-485 pending application being processed? I have maintained my F-1 visa status before, during and after submitting my I-485 application/AOS. At this point, after having my I-140 approved and am awaiting for my I-485 or adjustment of status to be processed, should I continue to maintain my F-1 visa status? I applied for the H1-B before applying for my green card, but I was not selected in the lottery.

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

                            Hello

Question 1: I think the National Benefits Center takes care of it at least for I 131 and I 765.
Question 2: Just bring I-693 at the interview. Some people don't submit it because it gets expired before their interview day and they still have to redo it.
Question 3: Lot of people don't get updates until Interview is schedule or EAD/AP is produced
Question 4: If your AOS is through marriage to a USC then it's ok to overstay your visa no need to leave the country. If you leave the country without AP then you are abandoning your case.
