Visit https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor and check authorized doctors near you, prices can vary a lot so you may want to shop around but you have little time.
      Usually, you have to:
      - contact the authorized doctor
      - make appointment
      - bring form I-693 (there is a new form, so check the validity dates for the version, it is safe to download the latest and use that)
      - fill what you need to fill, don't sign the form until you go to the doctor and they ask you to firm the form
      - bring your immunizations record
      - it could take 1-2 weeks to do the physical
      - they will give you a sealed envelope with the form signed by the doctor and you have to bring that to your interview
      Good luck

        • Hello everyone.

I had my Interview yesterday 9am in Philadelphia PA. IO was professional but accessible. He talked slow and was taking notes. So everything lasted 40mins but it seemed like a conversation so we didn't feel the time fly. First he made us sit a specific way and told me not to move the chair. He then made us swear. He took my husband driver's license only and took my passport, ead and driver's. He asked my husband my name and asked if I was his wife. Then asked him my parents name and how we met. Then asked me if my husband was right and gave me a chance to add few details. He then proceeded to taking my biometrics and we went through I-485 multiple questions. Asked if I wanted to submit more evidence. I said yes and gave him a new medical. He told me I did good because my first one expired last month. I also had proof of living together: he told me to give the new ones as he already has what I submitted and my book is already big. Then he said he usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to make a decision and explained conditions removal 3 months before the 2year green card expires. This morning at 8am I received an email saying "On August 27, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC1990 YYYY XX".

Hope this helps some one and good luck to each of you who are waiting. Stay positive

                • Interview held last week in Alabama. Interview went well overall, IO was professional but friendly. Asked a lot of questions about how we met, proposal, birthdays and gifts we gave each other, also about our living arrangements. Was also interested in seeing any additional evidence but wanted us to select a few items from the folder that we considered most important versus going through the whole folder. Was especially interested in seeing group photos with family members on different occasions, our joint tax returns from 2018 as well as shared bank accounts even though I currently don't earn any income and I'm not making financial contributions I think just being able to show that I had access to my husband's accounts was a good sign.
IO was also pleased to see copies of receipts of my engagement ring and our wedding rings, my husband spent about 7k on those - considered that to be a substantial investment showing that my husband considered our relationship to be real. Did say would have liked to see more evidence of shared life together like both our names on a lease or on car title.
Interview went on for about 40 mins and at the end IO said believed our marriage to be genuine and would be recommending an approval, but had however observed that our 2 year anniversary was in 2 days so would like to hold onto our approval for a week or two to ensure I can get the 10 year green card. So now I'm just impatiently waiting to receive the approval notification, hopefully that should come in by next week.

Just got done with my interview yesterday at Des Moines, IA. Interview was scheduled at 1:10 pm and we arrived about 32 minutes early (the notice of action letter for interview said arrive no early than 30 minutes lol). Waited for about 2 minutes before they called my name. Did a picture at the window and fingerprints of the 2 index fingers. Then we went to the officer's office. He first went over the I-130 form with my husband, just asked him to answer most of the questions he already filled out on the form. Then he did the same thing with me with the I-485 form. He checked the supplementary materials while he was reviewing the forms with us. He didn't really ask any other questions and just asked whether I wanted to turn in any new evidence. I then turned in some pictures I printed and our insurance proofs. He went over the pictures and was kind of describing the pictures instead of asking us any questions about them (e.g. "oh I see this is the engagement picture", etc.). Then he printed out the approved letter and told us about the 2-year probation of my green card because our marriage is less than 2 years old and what to do before it expires. He also said that the notice of approval will arrive in a week and the card will arrive in about 2-3 weeks max in a certified envelope (or something secure). We were able to get out before my scheduled time at about 1pm.

I wanted to thank everyone in this group for the precious information you shared and the support you gave. More importantly, wish everyone good luck and a speedy approval!!

                              • Anyone still waiting to receive interview scheduled status? I filed in December and got EAD in April. No updates since April. God knows when will it progress to interview stage.
