  • AOS denied 2x!!! HELP & FEEDBACK needed!!!

I have a friend whom is adjusting status via physical and verbal abuse. Her case was denied 2x. I need to know how to be there for her, she is currently very depressed and stressed out, she is not eating!
Approximately 23 years a go she was charged and pleaded to a misdemeanor for child endangerment (she was new to America and had no idea of her rights, she was innocent but made a deal in order to tend to her infant son?
1st time she applied she had a lawyer that turned out to be under investigation for fraud. Paper works that was requested from immigration was never submitted; he lied on her paper works saying she had a clean record dispute him receiving the dispositions.
    2nd lawyer seems ok
What can be done after 2x denials???
    Plz help me!!!

Sounds like best to discuss this situation with a reputable and licensed immigration attorney.
I dont imagine a forum will be able to help in this complicated situation.

I totally agree with BluePabther; an expert immigration attorney can handle this situation. Working on any advice from the forum for this complication will make it more complicated.

This is strictly an opinion and should not be misconstrued as legal advice. The use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

Refer your immigration forms before submitting to USCIS & make sure everything you or your lawyer has provided is correct.
If possible maybe ask your lawyer if it is ok to add extra letter explaining what happened with proofs. Not sure if it is allowed or would help?
