Cards not produced not recieved but case is approved

I got my case approved in November and recieved the approval notice in mail within four days. My attorney told me that I would recieve cards quickly but it would definitely come within 30-60 days. The online status was showing the case approved only for my daughter; other four family members were showing interview scheduled. I ignored saying that this might be a system glitch. I waited for 30 days and shown my concern to the attorney saying something may be wrong. She called to USCIS and they told her that it seems to be clerical mistakes online and on their side. She was advised to make a service request.

How common that is to have such mistakes and what do you think how long will it take to fix that problem? Will I get my cards pretty soon?

So are you now legally a PR even though you don’t have your card in hand? If the case was approved is that the main thing?

Not sure, don't have idea about my legal position!!

I still did not recieve my cards!!! Its officially more than two months and I just got nothing in my hand!! This is so frustrading and unbeliveable!! The last update i got was that my case is under review why the cards are not produced!! Not sure what is going on!!!!!
