EAD/ AP received. how to do i94 extension

I got my EAD/ AP card with a validity till Dec 2020
I am currently on L1A visa with i94 expiring on Feb 15, 2019.
I had my i485 interview in Nov 2018. Its EB1C GC process for me.

My question: How to extend i94 based upon this EAD/ AP card? How to extend Driving License based upon this new date on EAD/ AP card. I am based in Dallas, Texas.? Do i need to leave US and come back to get i94 extended?

You do not "extend I-94". Your I-94 is based on your L1 status and that cannot be extended unless your employer applies for an extension. You can stay in the US for as long as your I-485 is pending, regardless of whether your I-94 expired. You should be able to extend your driver's license based on your EAD.

Employer can extend L1 for 2 additional years up to a max of 7 years.
Providing you are not on the L1 for 7 years yet, you can request extension of the L1. I am practically in the same boat and my L1 was requested to be extended last week.

Once you have the extension you can also renew DL for two additional years.
