I am currently filing for my husband with a priority date of 3.21.18. We decided to file for his children but didn't begin the process because we didn't know where to start. Fast forward, we were informed that the children's biological mother has cervical cancer and things doesn't look good for her, so now we have to make filing for them a priority. Is there anywhere that I can go to assist with the filing fees, would we qualify for a waiver? He has 3 children (9, 7, 4) in Jamaica and getting up enough money to file for all 3 of them would break my bank because I still have 3 children of my own. I make enough over the poverty level to take care if them, just don't have enough to do an emergency filing
