I have reviewed a few visa bulletins and note at the bottom they are surly prduced around the middle of the month for use the next month. Date is stamped at bottom. They usually are released shortly after the date shown.
My questions is how does USCIS know how many I-485 visas will be used that current month (final action), only 10-15 days into the month? Are they all effectively issued in bulk in the first week or are cases typically adjudicated in the first two weeks and then they work on something else after that?
Any insight into their processes would be great as I find this a bit unusual.
