Missed biometrics

I live in the middle nowhere and the post takes days to arrive (if it does). We didn't receive the notice of my biometrics appointment until after it was scheduled :-( We wrote immediately and overnighted the note, asking them not to cancel our application and please phone or email with another appointment. But so far I have heard nothing, that was 8th June. Has anyone else missed thier appointment? What else can I do? My postman is tired of being mugged for the letters every day...

I tried to get the phone number and failed totally. It's the Fresno office and it's not listed and not given out on the 1-800 number. They said I can't call them....seems like it's true. Maybe I should go and camp outside the office....

you call the regular Customer service number 18003755283 , listen to all the menu items and there is one that deals with scheduling biometrics appointmnets, follow th eprompts and eventually someone will come on , give you adate and a confirmation number
