May 17th , 2017 US Citizen spouse filed AOS petition for me. We have used an attorney to prepare and file
I-130
I-765
I-485 and mailed everything the same day
How long it takes to receive I-797C, Notice of Action or Receipts from USCIS, and time to completion of the whole AOS process?
Today is January 9th , 2019, I am yet to receive any receipt. Is there anything I need to do or just keep counting?

you filed in May, 2017 and don't have any receipts yet?!

what does your attorney say?

We received receipts about 2-3 weeks after filing. That is deff not normal.

It sounds like your case was not properly received. Did USCIS collect the filing fees?
How is it possible that the lawyer has not connected with USCIS?

Definitely this is a problem since the receipt notice would come after a few weeks if properly received.
