AOS filed Aug2018, still no fingerprint / biometrics appointment notice??

Hi all,

I am new here. I filed my I-140 and I-485 (EB2) jointly on Aug 31, 2018.

I have already received my EAD and advanced parole. But I still haven't gotten any biometrics appointment notice.

Moreover, when I look up my AOS case number on Case Status, it says "My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again."

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there anything I can do?
