Hey! This is a first! Im also an August and San Francisco field office filer there are other threads for SF filers (not a lot of us though). See my signature below.
Did you get a response from your request to expedite your EAD? Or you think you received it just within the normal time? I havent received mine yet.

Hi Angie, thanks for replying. I did receive response from EAD Expedition through the help from the local Congresswoman office. I am still waiting for the actual EAD card but I did receive the approval notice in mail today. I don't think my case was moving just because it was my turn. There are quite a number of people who are still waiting for update.

Hey all! My timeline is all in my signature. I hear that the SF field office is one of the most backed up offices so it looks like we all have a long wait. I’m bummed that I’m probably gonna have to renew my EAD/AP card and normally it wouldn’t be an issue but I have international travel plans and I’m afraid that the timeline for renewal and receipt of my new card is going to be messed up. I’m sure this govt. shutdown isn’t helping the speediness of interviews being scheduled. Anyone know or hear of any good news updates regarding the offices catching up from that system glitch? Good luck to all! This forum really helps while we all play the waiting game... we aren’t in it alone!

Glad to see that we have a team. I haven't received any update except waiting for the combo card to arrive. USPS is driving met nuts as they were supposed to deliver the card to me on Friday 1/11. I really need it to get a new license... Lets keep each other posted.

Yes! I got it today! I was standing outside of my house and waiting for that USPS lady to stop by. I wasn't going to let her leave until she gave me my package lol...

Can I ask why you?re already going to apply for your EAD renewal? Doesn?t it need to be 3 months until your EAD expires that you can apply for renewal? Just curious because it seems like I?ll also have to apply for my EAD/AP renewal...

If I?m not mistaken we can send renewal 120days prior.

Processing time update for SF

The processing time changed to "18 Months to 20.5 Months" for Family-based adjustment applications at SF field office, seems to be a good news?
