Hi guys! I just want to share with you my dates:

PD: 07/27/2018
08/24/2018 - biometrics appointment.
08/27/2018 - case ready to be scheduled for an interview.
12/17/2018 - EAD card was mailed to me.
12/24/2018 - received EAD card.
12/26/2018 - received new SSCard with my name and status updated (I already had SSN).

Nothing since then. Last thing I was able to track in the forum was that someone with PD 12/27/2017 got the interview scheduled.

Did you get a response from your request to expedite your EAD? Or you think you received it just within the normal time? I havent received mine yet.

I'm new here and was trying to catch up with everything. I noticed that you filed for I-131/AP separately from your other forms. My lawyer didn't recommend me filing for this or to travel outside the US but I was thinking about it since it'll be my sister graduation next year and I want to be there for her.

Do you mind sharing more experience about it? Did you use a lawyer for it? And have you used your Combo card to travel? Thank you in advance!

Hi I’m sabrina in San Francisco , filed for marriage based green card on October 2018.
11/21/18 finger prints taken
03/11/2019 ready to be scheduled for interview
nothing since, I haven’t even even received my combo card. Is this normal. I have a flight booked for August to go home for my sisters wedding do you think this would count as an emergency??

I-765- New card is being produced.: 10/22/2018
I-765/I-131- Card received.: 10/26/2018
I-765/I-131 renewal app. received: 4/12/19

I have no experience but from information I read, I think the process to renew EAD/AP card is less than 180 days before expiration. I assume that your card, because it was produced on 10/22/2018 will expire on 10/21/2019, if I deduct 180 days from that date I get 04/24/2019 but you send it before that date. Please keep us posted if you get the new card.

Yeah, I mentioned the 180 day thing to my lawyer (he has handled all of my casework) and he didn’t say it was a problem... I’m assuming since I got a letter of receipt from USCIS it’s not an issue. I’ll keep updating on this forum as I get them...
