I finally got the RFIE from the AP that we applied for. They are saying that my husband left the US since applying for his travel document which is untrue. I went on the I94 website to see the travel history and they have 4 travels which are incorrect. He has not left the country since 2016. What could i give that will show that this is inaccurate? Would we be able to submit time sheets from his job? how can we correct this?
