Interview is coming tomorrow... a bit nervous. I have gathered all the documents we need to bring along, but we haven't practiced anything yet cuz the husband is so confident

Is good that he is confident but a little practice will not hurt. Some people could get nervous in front of the officer and may "forget in the moment" some basic answers. Good luck.

112 days in, got my status changed to " New card being produced" thats for the EAD.

102 days in i got my approval letter for EAD

Married to USC.

Folks in the same boat as me, every situation is different, maybe you came with a different visa than me, maybe you didnt overstay it, however, god has got a plan for you, stay strong and your day will come, where you will open your mailbox and it be an approval letter for you there, trust me!

Based on the USCIS processing time of 5-7 months - I'm resigned that I won't hear anything until mid-June at the earliest (5 months), but seeing non-expedited approvals this early makes me anxious/hopeful? I'm at 101 days as of today.

I'm at 116 days now and I am trying to expedite. Called for an update last Friday and was told to look for an email in the next 5 (I'm assuming business) days. Fingers and toes crossed as they have been for some time already

We had the interview yesterday. The officer didn't give us the approval on the spot cuz he said he never did But he did tell us that everything looks good. We waited with concerns the whole day and kept joking about who would have messed up the interview lol. And this morning, I got an email said an action has been taken on my case, logged into the dhs website and saw the status has changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" on the say day of our interview!

Sent evidence away for my I-765 expedite last night to the fax number (which is a freaking nightmare by the way), and also noticed that on April 30th my I-485 status changed to "Ready to be Scheduled for Interview"!

Hi! Congratulations on your GC approval! Just wanna ask if in your interview notice schedule it shows there what files you need for the interview? And if yes, what are those? My case is ready to be schedule for interview for at least 44 days now and I wanted to gather more documents in preparation for that! Thanks!

Thank you! I can't guarantee if the document list on the interview notice is same for everyone. I tried to attach a screenshot but somehow I can't make it readable. Anyways, basically my list includes identification documents of both petitioner and beneficiary; I-693, evidence for affidavit of support e.g. tax returns, letters from current employer, pay stubs for the past 2 months; supporting evidence of your relationship; and all the original and copy of each supporting document you submitted.

Thank god. Finally got an update on my i-485 after well over 3 months. It changed from ' case was received ' to ' RFE for initial Evidence ' . I think they finally started working on my case .

My interview is next month! Im both excited and nervous, my lawyer will be out of the country then, so its only me ajd my wife.
