              • I'm really frustrated with my waiting...

It has been 2 months since I completed my biometrics, but there have been no updates on any of my application nor even a courtesy letter for missing my medical exam packet. It seems like it should be about the time for me to hear something from them (about something), but my case status still says, "Fingerprint Review was Completed". I wanted to talk to the representatives, but I don't know how to reach them. I called 1-800-375-5283, but only has an option for checking status via automated machine. How did other people reach them?

                • Btw, does anyone received their I-131 receipt little differently from them and has the status saying "Document was Mailed to Me"? The status says:

On January 30, 2019, we mailed your document for Receipt Number (my I-131 receipt #), directly to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your document by March 1, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request the document be sent to you.

                  Is this normal?

                            • The most frustrating thing is that I have 2 different pieces of information from USCIS on the status of my case depending on where I look. At Case Status Online, it still says that my fingerprint fee was received. on my.uscis.gov it says that my fingerprint review was completed. The receipt dates are different on both too. Is this normal? Makes is hard to trust any information that I get is actually up to date or accurate

I think it mailed your package back to your home address, especially i131 form, maybe it's missing something, they need to return it back for signing or something. Just wait, even they send it back, they will also have the I-797C receipt for their rejection or approval.
I received my package back after 10 days, I don't know why yours is so long, so I think better to call USCIS
