Please I will like to know if I can book an info pass appointment out of my state of residence, I filed in Atlanta but presently in texas and thinking of booking an appointment here in texas.

might depend on how far you are along in the process. if your still in the national benefits center maybe. If your file is in the local office maybe not. I think you need to call now and if they cant solve your issue on the phone they will make you an info pass appointment.4-18-18 PD

Ok, I called and sent an email saying my case is on hold until I complete my biometrics, am waiting to be scheduled for that right now, meanwhile my case is still with NBC....thank youComment
