family-based EAD way outside normal processign time. desperately need advice

I am spouse of American citizen staying and applying legally in the US. My EAD application received by national benefit center May 31, 2018, biometrics done June 2018.

Already 8 months passed, but nothing

Called USCIS customer service twice. they didn't know anything either.

Sent case inquiries online twice. Never heard back.

what are my last resort options?

My EAD 180 extension will expire in 90 days and I still haven't heard anything about my EAD renewal.
My request to have an officer look into why has not been even assigned to an officer since 12/12/18.
