I had my minor son's interview on 24th, 1st IO said i am approving you application and he put couple stamps on application and in The end he said he will review the application and will make decision. So what stamp he might have put on application.
Did your IO did same thing putting stamp on application.

My parents had their I-485 interview on 10/18/2019. The officer told them that they should hear from USCIS with in 4 to 6 weeks; past that already.
Can any lawyer help or this is it and they have to wait? How longer should they wait until they get worried?
