I485 interview with L1 extension denied

hi all, my I485 interview is scheduled next week and I received USCIS notification that my L1 Visa extension is denied. Will this impact my adjustment of status? what response should I give to the interview officer on the question whether a visa has ever been denied?

For me an extension is not the same as a visa application, but I'm no lawyer.

Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
