Credit card and husband on it as an authorized user.
2018 joint tax returns
Joint banks accounts ( my husband rarely uses it as he is not big on banks and I?m the one takes care of everything as far as paying bills)
I have a temp job so we don?t have medical to add him and he is on 1099 and his job does not offer benefits.
My 401 k just started and planning on adding him as beneficiary but not sure will have enough time by interview date to get all the paperwork done.
We don?t have a lease with both our names as
1) his credit is not good
2) he moved in with me and my son and when he did, our apartment was income restricted and still is. Our combined income would disqualify us from the apartment and we don?t want to move until our finances are better.
Should we explain this to the immigration officer?
We can include all his important mail that comes to our address. Will this also help? What else can we do to prove residence besides lease?
