Hi,
I've been a student here for 7 years on an F-1 visa. This year I am on a OPT/F-1 visa. I have a current EAD. I am married to a US citizen and am applying for adjustment of status. Which category do I use for the I-765 form and is it a renewal of application if it's under a different category or an initial application?
