Los Angeles filers in November!

Hi guys! Seems like LA office will be taking a while to finish up our paper work ?- if there?s any filers are there from LA and got their case done then please share if not also share so we can all support each other here

Just noticed that the LA office processing time actually went from something like 13.5 months to 12 months (on the low estimate). I haven't been tracking this number - does it go both down and up fairly regularly? My previous impression was that the numbers were only getting worse, not better.

Of course processing for an EAD and National Benefits Center just went from 4.5 to 5 months...so perhaps its a wash

It might be getting better in LA - we just got notice on Friday that our interview was scheduled!! Haven't got notice in the mail yet but the case status changed online. We filed 08/09/18, so it's been just about 8 months. So surprising, we thought for sure it would be at least 12 months. Hopefully not a glitch

hi jpecht, I have a question after your biometric done, any update in USCIS website?

I did not get any update after biometrics were done. My updates still just say that case is received/fingerprint fee accepted.

my interview is scheduled on the same date as yours. i still haven't received any letter so far. my PD was may 2018.

Oh wow that's early! Didn't realize they did it that early in the morning. We submitted i693 with our initial application packet, it was part of the list of items from our lawyer. Hopefully it's still valid! Will have to ask about that so thanks for reminding me Did you have yours done yet already?
