EAD is now 6.5 Months to 8.5 Months.

On the bright side, I485 approval times seem to be trending DOWN in Los Angeles. It's now 10.5 to 19 Months for family based. That's down from 11 months (on low end) earlier this month, 12 months in April and 13.5 months prior to that...

Congrats! We are almost exactly 3 months behind you, hoping to get our EAD by at least your timeline.

            Filing from Los Angeles
            Interview Date: 06/07/18

I just had my interview today and i got approved on the spot. I followed the Table of Contents provided on the forum section. It worked wonders!!! (THANK YOU!!!). The officer was happy about how organized my file is and just browsed thru it real quick and thanked me for making his job easy. He just went over the form to verify all the information is correct. Just asked for our timeline, which she manually wrote down on a paper he had with him during the interview. Asked me maybe 3-5 questions max .Took my husbands and my drivers license, my passport. Told me he will make copies, wait outside as he will bring it out. After 5 minutes he came out with our DL and passport with an approval letter.

Update - i485, i130, i765 - AOS, c9, marriage to USC, same sex couple, Los Angeles: 261 days since filing - my ordeal is done. After 15 years of being undocumented, two failed tries to make it right - first failed F1 Visa COS denied due to technicality, and DACA denial due to technicality again; my third and last shot was marrying the love of my life. My husband is my first, of many sorts, and he was the one who got me through all of this. Our interview was suppose to have been done June 26th but two days prior to that, we received a re-schedule notice in the mail and it was moved to today July 3. We went in for the interview with our attorney, and was approved on the spot after about 15 minutes. This is one big ordeal that I will never forget and one that I will cherish forever and be forever grateful for. 15 years of being undocumented, went to school here finished college paying non resident tuition and paying taxes, working in the same job that helped me grow professionally as well (for 15 years), now more doors are going to open for me and these opportunities are waiting - I have just declined a couple of job offers over the first half of the year because I was waiting for this to get approved. I did all my paperwork at first, reviewed by two paralegal friends and reviewed by the same attorney friend (retired but active license) who flew back here to the US and on his vacation accompanied us, put in his license during our interview just to be sure I have representation even during the interview. After all these years, a huge roadblock in my life has been lifted. Many many many thanks, I cannot express it any more than this... Prayers work, faith and hope and hard work they all work so I will be back to the 3 churches I visited and prayed and made a wish at back in 2013 in DC and NYC; so I can say my thanks. I promised I will be back because all 3 wishes had been granted. This was the 3rd wish; so my husband told me this morning, I can write a novel about this journey, but he wouldn't want to read it. lol

Thank you for all the support and positive vibes and what people on here have shared. I wish well for others who are still working on theirs. To those who are done with their ordeal, congrats and let us be thankful.
