Asylum to marriage AOS should i apply for new EAD and AP
Hi everyone,
I entered with B2 and filed for asylum within half year of entry, got my EAD card(c8) in another few months which is good till 2020. Mow im married to US citizen(we were dating before I came to U.S) and i'm concurrently filling for I-130 and I-485(AOS) along with new EAD I-765 and I-131 while my asylum case is still pending(waiting for interview), I've done some research but still not sure about some questions here. Hope anyone went through the same situation/ knowledge will would help me here!
1. Can i concurrent filling in this case? Or should I wait for acceptance of I-130 first?
2. Should I use the same aline number that assigned me from previous asylum case for the new marriage AOS application?
3. On I-485 currently immigration statue should i fill in "Asylum pending"?
4. Can I apply for a new EAD card(I-765)?
If i can, which applying reason on the I-765 from should i choose(initiate new one? renewal?) and which eligibility category should i fill in(c8? c9?)
5. Can I apply for advance parole along with marriage ASO but to the county im currently political asylum from?
