I-485 adjustment of status
My EAD/AP is expiring in Mid March 2019. I didn't bother to apply for the renewal earlier as I was certain that my case will be decided before its expiry. However, now I am in a fix, the reason being I am in India (out of USA) and for the renewal I will have to travel to the USA as AP can't be filed while one is away from the USA. I like to know that if my green card is approved while I am still in India, can I just stay back and ask my friend to send me the green card and then enter using it?
