Hello, my husband's (the USC) Best Friend just wrote a letter identifying himself as a USC, Navy veteran and in few words explained how he meet my husband many years ago, and then how he meet me and that we He spent time with us as a couple and just simply confirming that we love each other, and he was certain that this is a bone fide relationship. The letter was notarized. Best of luck!

I'm not sure if you are asking how to get a letter notarized but if that's the case. You have your friend write a few words about how they know both of you and bla bla and at the end of the letter she writes 'I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the foregoing is true and correct to the best
of my knowledge and than her signature but do not sign until you are in front of the the person who is going to notarized. Usually the bank does it for free or ups store can do it it but they charge like a $1 for each signature.
