          • We got the notification yesterday morning saying "New card is being Produced" for my husband's EAD (I-765).

I highly recommend to reach out to your local congressman office for EAD expedition if you are currently employed & EAD is about to expire OR you have a job offer, showing "Financial loss to a person/company/family".

My husband is currently working and his EAD is about to expire in July, hence we reached out to our local congressman office with all the proof leading to a financial loss for his EAD expedition and guess what request got approved.

            02/24 - Concurrent filings of I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131
03/07 - NOA for all four forms
            03/21 - bio metric completed
            03/22 - Fingerprint review completed
06/03 - Contacted local congressman office for expedition and sent out the proofs to them
06/13 - New card is being produced for I-765

Good luck to all and hope this post finds helpful to someone.

Hi! I did reach out to my congressman a few days ago and senator. No response from congressman's office yet. For us the EAD is really not a rush at all, we just need the I-131.

Hi, on what criteria did you expedited your case ?
I believe, since you applied EAD and AP together, it will be approved simultaneously.
Did you sent Proof for expedition to congresman/Senator office? When did you reached out to them ?

No-- I am learning as I go. They have an online privacy release so we just filled out and submitted that. I got a quick response from a staffer there who said they had submitted an inquiry to USCIS and get back to me when they got a response. She also said I could reach out to her for anything so I just emailed her asking her if I can/should provide documentation of financial loss.

Yes, this is the exact response we got initially. You can surely provide the reason and proof for your expedition, because without USCIS may not approve expedition.

Great, thanks for your help. I'm gonna work on getting all the documentation together to send her ASAP.

                              • update: yesterday morning I got a response from a staffer at my senator's office, as follows:

Below is the response I received on your case. The I131 has been routed for expedited processing. I will let you know as soon as I have any additional information.

                                “Name: YYYY XX
                                Receipt Number: YYYY ZZZ
                                Form: I-131

Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. This case will be routed for expedited processing. Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action. Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for this case type, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review. The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that this case will be adjudicated as soon as possible.”

Not sure what to expect now..
