1/28/19 -case has been accepted
2/9/19 - Fingerprint review was COMPLETED on I-765 and I-485
2/12/19 - (I-485) Case b • 10/4/19 - Interview cancelled
10/19/19 - Interview was scheduled
12/3/19 - Interview completed!it
12/9/19 - New card is being produced
12/10/19 - i485 and I-130 case was approved -
Hello folks,
I just got my GC today (Family based petition) with no interview.
My time line:
Feb.14: Filed I485 and I140
Mar. 05: Fingerprint
Apr. 08: EAD approval
July. 11: GC approval
July. 15: GC mailed via usps
July. 19: Received my GC
No interview was scheduled. My Lawyer and Paralegal was great! No RFE notice. Waited only 5 months.
I wish everybody good luck. Do not lose hope. With prayers and patients everything will work out ok. This site and its members gave me hope, knowing I’m not alone in my journey.
I will say a special prayer to all who are still waiting, may the good lord bless all of you.Comment

02/08 PD
02/13 Envelope picked up from USCIS po box.
02/20 received text message with case receipt number.
2/23 i-797C Receipt notice received.
3/1/2019 received bio appointment
3/12/19 bio appointment done
4/19 requested expedite ead and faxed proof
5/8 received a call from congressman office, USCIS replied and case will be reviewed by an officer
5/9 i485 RFIE letter sent to me, currently waiting for mail
5/13 RFIE Received for i-864.
5/14 UPS overnight delivered to NBC.
5/15 RFIE received.
5/30 'i 485 is ready to be scheduled for interview'. No update on EAD or EAD expedite request.
Day 110 interview was scheduled for july 18th
Day 115 EAD/AP were approved and ‘new card is being produced’
6/10 EAD/AP was mailed to me
7/18 Interview, we were the last couple at Holtsville office. Very short interview, asked for id's and birth certificates, asked eachother's DOB, parent's names, full names and how we met. Said will review case and sent us home.
7/20 I485 Was approved. ''New card is being produced''.Comment

LA Filed Marriage based AOS
2/15 - I485, I765, I131 received through NBC
3/01 - NOA received via mail
3/08 - I485, I765 biometrics appointments received
3/29 - Biometrics Completed
6/13 - I485 is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
No news since!

Hello Friends,
Does anyone know which months of filers are getting approvals for I 485 based EAD C(9)? I filed my I 485, EAD & AP on 19 Feb 2019. Not sure How long it will take? I know USCIS website is stating 6.5 to 8.5 months . I will have to give an estimate to my employer regarding EAD Status. So wondering if anyone can help.

From what I understand, those estimates seem to be accurate. However, if you are employed and your employer is willing to write a letter proved your absence will cause severe financial loss (or you yourself would suffer severe financial loss), you can request an Expedite for the EAD. It took 5 weeks from submitted evidence for the expedite request to being approved for my EAD.Originally posted by Nisarg View PostComment

Filed forms I-485, I-130; I-765 and I-131; Attorney processed all the paperwork
2/22/2019- PD
Early March 2019- Received 3 NOAs in the mail
3/2019- Biometric done
7/5/2019- Case changed online to "Case Ready to be scheduled for interview"
Still waiting....No combo card yet (I called USCIS and they said 6.5 to 8.5 months from my PD which puts it around end of October).Last edited by SouthBay2019; 07-28-2019, 08:31 PM.Comment
