Just an FYI guys.

I was checking I765 & I131 case processing time (I already have my combo card and was checking I485 processing time in my local FO but got curious) then realized NBC receipt date has changed to March. So anyone who has a receipt date before march should inquire about case outside of normal processing time.

Thought it might be helpful to those who hasn't gotten their combo card even though they applied

omg I just looked and they really changed it to March. wow my case is from Feb 5. and i have got nothing. Ill be calling them tomorrow, lets see what they are going to say
