Wow sorry to hear, we spend so much time trying to make sure everything is right and then mess up on the simplest part, it?s human when we are operating under pressure and anxiety did you get any notification before receiving it that it was being rejected?

The requirements change for each State. Usually you need an EAD, but you can try with the receipts.

Question on I131 & Processing Times for I485

Hello, I have recently submitted the following forms (I130, I485, I765, I693 & I864). But somehow i didn't realize that its good to submit I131 along with these forms. So do you think i can still submit I131 anytime in the next few months while the I485 is being processed? If i do so, do i have to pay $575 for I131 or since I have already submitted I485 and it's pending, i don't have to pay $575?

Also, i noticed online that the Processing time for I485 is anywhere between 13 months to 38 months Does this apply for the Immediate relative processing time as well? OR It's mainly for other Family based Green Card processing time?

Package picked up from usps po box feb 13th.
Feb 20th received text message with case receipt number.
Waiting for mail letter with case approval.

Still haven?t received any notification but when we saw that the credit card was charged for both applications I called and got the receipt number. So maybe call if you want to find out. Check if your checks were cashed.

I checked my bank but the check was not yet cashed. Maybe in 3 days if they processed it same as the day as yours. If there?s a 3 day clearing for checks.
